What to do with this Order? Suggest Please

Some days ago one buyer ordered me to migrate his website and sent me half information. after some days when i asked for rest of the information he said to me to wait. after some days, he said he want to cancel the order. what should i do? should i cancel through fiverr support or do mutual cancellation?

You should cancel through fiver support.. because through fiver support your rankings didn't effect.

Ok thank you. I told him that if he want i can extend delivery time or i can do migration when he needed. but he didn't reply me anymore.

Wait 2.3 days then cancel it you don't have any other option..
