Not an original image or design but i own the design

Hello ,

 

The image you are using to represent your Gig has been flagged by our team for not being original.  But i own and create all the design i uploaded .I have all soft and hard copy.How should i proceed?

Uhh. Not a lot of info to go off of.

Do you happen to have hard proof that you legally have the rights to use or created the image in question? If so, then you might want to present such proof to CS.

Did you use any stock images? Did you use Canva to create your images? 
Is absolutely everything on your image is drawn by you?

I am getting the same message - even though the image is fully mine. It was commissioned and made only for me. I ended uploading a different version.

I uploaded such kind of images .I desing absolutely everything. Thanks and sorry for late reply since civil war is going on in Burma. I uploaded new images for now .I did not see other way to solve,

Thanks and sorry for late respond .I send a request to support and change new images .I solved now .I just don't know which one solves the issue.
