celticmoon Posted June 2, 2014 Share Posted June 2, 2014 When the buyer leaves feedback, he or she has the option of letting an image be shown in your portfolio. The default is for the image to be showing (as long as you have Live Portfolio on), so they have to make the definite choice to turn their work sample image off. They now own the work, so perhaps they don’t want it showing.You can write & ask them if they would consider turning the image on, so it shows in your portfolio; I believe they have up to 3 days to change their mind, go back and turn it on.Some categories don’t have the option of Live Portfolio, but I don’t think you are able to turn it on in that case.
