Personally, I don't find any reason of doing gig image SEO.
Cause when you upload gig images, fiverr automatically set the alt image title with the gig title and also the link contains only gig link content.
So many people do gig SEO with keywords but in real practice this is nothing going to reflect at the end.

The support article suggests otherwise. The alt text is set for google whilst the actual file name could be what Fiverr search look at.
