How do I verify my identity to Fiverr?



So I made an account as a seller and had one buyer almost immediately. I did the work and got paid, but then suddenly my account got disabled. It said it was because they could not identify me but when I sent my ID multiple times on different days the automated system said it wasn't able to verify me. I took so many photos following all requirements and contacted support but they did not assist me. Only said to try again when I sent over 10 photos of my ID. Did anyone else go through this experience? How do I get the system or customer support to verify my valid ID?
