Diversifying yourself

Based on one of my gigs, which is to build real estate theme specifc websites, I was asked to review and make recommended changes of another individuals website. I love the idea of this, as it is a passion. I love real estate and building sites for real estate companies or myself. But to diversify in a consulting way was rather enjoyable and possibly another revenue stream. So it's always good to analyse your skills and see what you have to offer to others which may change your passive income streams.
