Minor Pan Card Valid?

I'm a minor trying to post my first gig on fiverr with my parents' permission and supervision as said in the TOS. 

I'm based in India. 

While completing the tax form, they ask for a pan card number.

The government recently issued minor pan cards but they have less functionality than the adult ones. However they're pan cards. 

 

Am I allowed to use my own pan number or must it be of a parent?
