Hi,

I have Promoted my Gigs with  Fiverr bonus amount .
I used $9.90 out of $10 gift to promote Gigs. 

Right now 

Now that the balance is gone I can no longer promote

How I Manage payment with Fiverr balance for promoted gig?

Can be connected to the Fiverr balance to promote the gig.
I don't have any master card or PayPal account.
How can I actually promote my gig Please give me suggestion.
