I cant level up to 1, but I have all required achievements.

Hi everyone! Recently I achive all the instructions required to grow to the first level, however only one point is not checked, that being "Maintain a 4.7 star rating, over the course of 60 days", but I have 5 stars rating. What to do?

I think the time period of 60 days above 4.7 rating is not completed for some reason.

If you are sure about that, I hope you should contact CS and ask about the issue.

Normally, it is automatically upgraded to level one if it is all requirements are completed.

When you fulfilled all the field for Level 1? 15th day of every month there is an evolution happen when you will get the level promotion or demotion. If you fulfill all the fields before 15th January then contact with customer support or If you fulfilled them after 15th January then wait for 15th February. Best of luck!

It's not about achieving the requirements for a higher level, It's rather maintain those requirements continuously till the next evaluation date. In your case it's the 15th February 2022. If you manage to maintain your stats, you'll be awarded with the appropriate seller level on the evaluation date.
