Fiverr Revenue Card Blocked by Payoneer

Hello, So I've withdrawing amount for almost one year from fiver by clicking on the fiver revenue card option. But recently I decided to withdraw my amount from the Bank transfer option. So when I clicked on the option and logged into my Payoneer account there was no USD balance option there as you see in the given screenshot. Secondly There was a message that **Your account is cancelled, please call customer support**

Can anyone help me with this as I really want the payment urgently. Thank you.
