Account Restricted/ Under Review

Hello everyone!

Sentinel7283 here!

I am a member of Fiverr since 2017. My account has been restricted/ under review today for sending a spam message.

I have submitted a request to Fiverr through 'Fiverr Support' for reinstating my account.

Can anyone guide me how long it will take to get my account reinstated, please?

He probably reported you if you didn't have any kind of intentions of buying his services , to be honest I get those kind of messages all the time and it's really annoying ...

it really takes long. it is saying fiverr can take 90 days. my account is under review for more than month still no response from fiverr side.

Restricted

The account is partially disabled.
The customer, either buyer or seller, can access the account, withdraw funds, complete ongoing orders, and review their order history. They cannot place or receive new orders, nor can they communicate with other customers through inbox messages.  seller's Gigs will not show on the marketplace, and buyers will not be able to place new orders. Once an account is temporarily disabled, the customer needs to wait for the trial period (which can take upwards of 90 days) to be completed—to know if the account will be restored or permanently disabled. 

Customer Support can neither influence the result of this review nor can they update the customer on the review's end date.
