Why does my gig no longer appear as a search result at all?

Hi there, when I first established my gig I was able to type my keywords into the search bar and it would show up on at least 1 of the page results (sometimes the first page), but now it does not show up at all even if I filter my country, seller details, etc.

I had my first customer a couple of days ago, but since then my impressions and clicks have dramatically declined. That's how I discovered I do not appear as a result.

Should I just contact customer support or is there a way to troubleshoot this?

Please check your gig status under help and support menu. I think you will be able to find out the reason. Thanks

Hi taylorr92, thank for the reply. When I check my gig status it says "Active", and yet it does not show up at all as a result no matter which keywords I use or when I filter it down to my specific seller details.

The most simple way Just,go back your gigs to edit or write the key word again.

Unfortunately, I don't meet any of the criteria under hidden gigs and have tried numerous times to change my keywords but to no avail. 

Looks like I will have to contact support.

If I remember correctly, there are two statuses that say "Active". One is "active and showing in search" (or something like that), and the other one is "active but there's an issue/we're reviewing it/whatever, contact us here" (well, it's not worded like that, but that's what it means). If it's the latter, you might need to contact Customer Support.

I've heard of people not being able to find their own gigs when searching. I'd recommend searching fiverr in incognito mode and seeing if you show up then, and also go to the last pages too, since Fiverr cycles gig rankings constantly so everyone gets time on the front pages.
