Fiverr doesn’t say what the exact formula is for ratings calculation, and I believe they are test-driving a new system with TRS right now, so everything may change. Probably at some point when you reach a numerically adequate positive feedback and you’ve had no other issues, your ratings will go be 100% again.Actually, I just looked at your page…your profile says 100%, so good for you!
