Cancelled Orders Should Not Ruin Ratings

I personally have a big problem with the rating system. Customers don't read the description which clearly states that I don't do certain type of designs and then I have to cancel the order and there goes my rating. There should be a solution to this problem.

When you face this kind of issues, you need to contact Fiverr customer support and ask them to cancel the order. They will cancel the order for you and it won't effect on your order completion rate.

There is. Make sure your gig descriptions are very clear, so that there is no buyer confusion. If too many buyers are hiring you for work you do not offer, then there is clearly something that you can improve in your gig descriptions.
