Hi guys, could really do with some help asap on whether to charge commercial rights for my client who is having me do Voice over for his Spanish students to learn English. The client says it will only be used within the classroom, not online, does this mean I shouldn't charge him for commercial rights? I'll be doing a lot of work for him.
Sorry this may sound silly, I'm just not 100% sure and don't want to mischarge him!
