How can I Identify the Fake buyer?

They ask for free samples/work.

They request work completed first THEN promise to place an order afterwards.

They request payment from the seller as a form of assurance that they will take the "upcoming job offer" seriously (seems to be a popular scam recently).

They want to communicate off platform.

In all honesty, fake buyers are very easy to sniff out.

probizmaster said everything a fake buyer does so can not say much.

But i would like to add some word about the scammers.

They just came and say they have lot of work they want you to do. and they just say to contact there Manager and gives you there telegram, Email or contact number.

By the policy of fiverr you can not contact a buyer outside Fiverr, And even you do they just want to scam you, so that's a thing you really wanna avoid.

Hope it helped a bit.
