MY BUYER WANT CANCELLATION AFTER 1.5 MONTHS

Question

on 30 November a buyer place order for $40 on my gig (this is my first order)

his work is to create a form on wordpress website

i created the form and customize it for free (which not include in this job)

after that  i deliver the work 

and he send me revision

i done his some small work done

after again delivering he send me revision

this time he want that i customize his website (not include in this order i done for free)

and so on

he send me again again 15 revision and not accepting the delivery and always ask for new work

now today i told him now i am not do any other additional work 

then he start sending me the cancellation request

now tell me what is my fault

and tell me what i can do

 

my only fault is to send him unlimited revisions

and customer support say they cannot do nothing

 

now what i can do please tell

my 1.5 month hardwork go waste

 

please help what i can do 

or suggest me something

It's hard to say anything here-unlimited revisions are the way to nowhere. You yourself offered him unlimited revisions, and he uses that right.

It's just a good experience and a good lesson for you to remove unlimited revisions from all gigs and never do this again.

Unfortunately, you hung yourself by offering unlimited revisions.

Unlimited revisions are supposed to be limited to "reasonable" revisions within the original scope of the order, but good luck to anyone who offers unlimited revisions in trying to get CS to favor their side of a dispute...
