yes cancellation will lead you down in seller ranking if your level 1 or 2 and as will as your gig ranking

If you cancel the order by talking to resolution center or Fiverr support, there will be no effect on the profile.

False. It may decrease the likelihood of a cancelation, but that's about it. You can't control buyer behaviour, you can only try to mitigate risks.

That is only if the cancellation is not your fault.

Yes. Cancelling orders can lead to reduction in rankings and results of your gig in your profile. It will affect profile. 

Only cancellation which doesn't affect your profile is when Buyer orders your gig by mistake in that case you can contact the CS support and they will help in cancellation like order never existed.
