Customer service cancelled an order but the buyer is using my work.

Good afternoon,

Does this happened to anyone? Do you have any advice?

Today customer service cancelled an order that was already marked as completed and I contacted them because the buyer is using the website I designed for her and she refuses to delete it. They are not giving me a reason for the cancellation so I don't know what to do.

Hi, I think you should have added your code through which you could block access to the site.
This way you could avoid your problem.
