This sounds a bit like a demand. We are usually willing to help a new seller understand what to do as a new seller, however, you should not be expecting us to make you successful. That's your responsibility. YOU are required to do the hard work necessary to achieve the goals you have set.

We, here on the Fiverr forum, are not your target customers. None of us are likely to hire you.

If you want customers, research them, understand their needs, and then go where those target customers are located.
