jcarlo
I received an e-mail asking for gig modification for this gig: http://www.fiverr.com/jcarlo/answer-your-workout-training-questionsThe notification displays the following:Images are crucial to attracting buyers. Please make sure that your image is:682 pixels wide and 459 pixels high so that it fits the full frameclear, sharp and in good focus (not blurry, pixelated, too dark or washed out)represents the service you are providingoriginal, meaning that you own the copyrights to it (either a photo you took or created yourself, or have a license to)However, my pictures are an acceptable size, they are clear, sharp, and in good focus, they represent the service I’m providing, and they are mine (it’s me!).So, what seems to be the problem? Is it a glitch of some sort?Sheriff’s Note: Fixed Your Gig Link.Sheriff’s Note: When attaching images to the forum, please limit the dimensions to 670 (width) x 315 (height) pixels. celticmoon
Make sure there are no blank/“white” areas on the image, especially at the edges. I usually have better luck with images larger than the sizes given, which are minimum pixels. Since Fiverr did some updating, I find I have less problems with my IE browser, but if you do use that, be sure it’s up-to-date. And if you feel certain that you’ve double-checked everything, and still can’t get them to upload, file a ticket with customer support. Send them the images and tell them what you’ve already tried. They’ll probably ask you to try using Chrome or Mozilla browser first, unless they identify some other, non-technical issue with your photos.
