Payment Issues

Hi! I've recently created a gig but everyone of my friend who tried to place an order has failed. The "Payment Issue" sign pops up every time. They tried with credit cards of the major banks in the country (italy) but none of them worked. What is the issue? Is this just my problem?

Perhaps you may want to check and make sure there aren't any problems with the accounts/cards at those major banks. Just because you have an account at a big national bank, does not mean there won't be account problems at that bank. If you find that everything is fine with the bank, and those accounts, then perhaps you may want to have your friends contact Customer Support, and ask why their cards aren't being processed.
