Please keep in mind that in order for you to be eligible for the promoted Gigs option, you have to meet the following requirements:

1. You’re a Level 1, Level 2 or Top Rated seller

2. At least one of your Gigs is in an eligible category

3. Your Gig scored 4.7 in public rating

4. Your Gig has at least 20 reviews

5. You meet additional quality metrics

I think you haven't meet any of the above requirements. Do your best and you will gain the opportunity again. Thanks

First you have know something about this. Then you should comment someone.

There is nothing we, here on the forums, can do to provide a solution. Fiverr determines who they wish to allow into their promoted gigs listings, and there are "additional quality metrics" that none of us can advise you about.  If your gig does not qualify, then it does not qualify. That's just how things work.
