App Gigs random

When I go to make an offer on Buyer Requests on my phone (where I try to do it when I have a few minutes if I am away from my desk) it gives me a few random gigs from my ten active ones to choose from. But at my desk I can choose from the whole list. Sometimes (mostly) the suggested ones are completely off-topic and unrelated, so I tend to not send request offers. Can we just have all gigs available via the app?
