Dropping response rate

There may be a couple of reasons for this:

#1 - the Response Rate (and all analytics) are for a 60 day period. So, if there was a message that you either answered late or perhaps was spam - this will count against your response rate.

#2 - You may have a message in your Spam folder that was not answered.

To find out exactly what went awry, you need to send a message to https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new and ask them which message you missed.

There have been times when the system has counted a message against me erroneously, and customer service has always fixed my stats due to this. So, if your situation is due to an error, they should fix yours as well.
