Using two accounts with VMware?

Okay so i have my main account that i use on my phone and my workstation... I am doing node-red, python development, but i also have a big passion for creating music...
I want to also sell my music services (it would be really weird to add it to my account) so i want to create another account, but i do not have a second pc/laptop to use for this account.
Can i install another OS under VMware and use it to create another account?

Having more than one account is against the rules.

Fiverr allows you to have one Fiverr account within which you can offer different services.

If you create another account both accounts will be disabled.

This is not allowed. Only You can create two account with different service categories. Like as Graphics design and digital marketing.
