Today I got some messages on Fiverr stating that they wanted me to join for a project with them, but in those messages, I was required to talk to the "manager" in the telegram, are they the right buyers or not?

No, they are not. Communication outside of fiverr is not allowed. Serious buyers will not try to take you out of the platform to work with you.

No. They are scammers trying to take you off the platform.

This can get your account banned if you were to follow through.

What you need to do is mark this message (and any others that are like this) as SPAM and report them so their accounts can be taken off the platform, as not every seller is wise enough to know this is a scam.
