Gig service updater error. What is the solution?

Check to see if there is anywhere/section of the gig publishing process where something is not right. Worse case scenario, you may have to contact fiverr customer support.

The main cause of the error that use of FAQ  more then 10. We have to provide FAQ under 10 not more then 10.

Wow back and forth with suport and this was the solution???? Thanks for the help. I did ask them if there was a limit in the FAQ and they said no.. would have been nice to know and saved me several hours of redoing everything.

I find it very disturbing and frustrating that the error message doesn't provide reason.  A Fiverr newbie seller would have absolutely no idea that this is what's causing the error.  Also, why is there still the option to add more FAQs if the limit of 10 has been reached?  I was able to add around 15 FAQs without getting the error message.  It's when I got to around 20 FAQs that it started and the + Add FAQ  option was still there.  This should be greyed out or removed completely to tip off that the FAQ limit has been reached.  All my writing time was wasted and I had to start all over again.

Still an issue and no message to say FAQ. This thread saved me plenty of time. The message makes it seem like a temporary server-side error (Gig service updater error. Please try again later.). Should be in the error message.

Fiverr noobie here - yep, I spent wasted hours dealing with this issue yesterday and was clear headed enough today to google for help. I had 12 in my FAQ and as soon as I deleted it down to 10 questions it saved just fine. This is silly and I can't believe it still hasn't been addressed.
