Gig Publishing issue.

I have already given the English test with 8.8/10 score,but I can't publish my gig (about editing, proofreading)? What should I do now, I logged in again but it says, retake English skills test after 86 days?.

No. Its like 24 hours before I passed the test, but the same issue persists.
