falling from level one!

I hope you all doing well.

I want to tell my experience during level 1.
I reached level 1 two months ago, All orders stopped, everything froze then, unfortunately, I became a new seller again! My last delivery was 2 months ago.

my rate dropped to 4 (activity rate not gig rate), I was online always but without any activates, I just was waiting for orders, I refined my gigs a little.

I noticed that I am online but my gigs don't appear with "Online Filter". 

I need the advice to back on track again pls.

Even though I haven't used to stay in level one ever, I think you should think about your gig why you are not getting order.  And use your buyer requests
