falling from level one!

Hello, 

I hope you all doing well.

I want to tell my experience during level 1.

I reached level 1 two month ago, All order stopped, everything froze then unfortunately i became new seller again! My last delivery was 2 months ago.

my rate dropped to 4 (activity rate not gig rate), I was online always but without any activates, I just was waiting  for orders, I refined my gigs alittle.

I noticed that I am online but my gigs don't appear with "Online Filter". 

I need advices to back on the track again pls.
