"Your message is being reviewed by our Trust and Safety team"

Hello,

I am on my second project as an interior designer on Fiverr and I sent a mood board to a client on the chat of the order page and it says that my message is being reviewed and it can take up to 24h. 

The 24h have passed and the message is still not through so I sent it again to his inbox and the same thing happened. 

I need the client to approve the mood board so I can go forward with the 3d modelling as I have a tight deadline but he can't approve something he cannot see.

Does anyone know why this happens and if it gets resolved? I didn't use any words like "money", "payment". "outside fiverr", etc... I am just describing the project I made for him and I sent some attachments.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
