Buyer said he cancelled but her didn't. Can I cancel?

Hi all, I have a buyer who I didn't meet eye to eye with. I gave him the first video that I made for him as a gift and asked him to cancel the gig, He said that he did, but he didn't. Can I be the one who cancels?

Yes, you can do this from the order page, and if the buyer will not accept your request, contact CS team and they will do it from their end

You have to go to the resolution center to cancel in order page in there if he or she doesn't accept your offer to cancel order you have to contract with fiverr customer service.

You can certainly initiate a cancellation via the Resolution Center, but be forewarned it is going to affect your stats. Your "Completed Orders" stat will drop and this may prevent you from moving ahead or retaining your current Level as well as your placement in the pages.

I also have the same question isn't it going to lower my impression if i cancel the order?
