Is it a very complicated process for a new buyer to complete an order ?

I delivered the first Fiverr order for a fresh seller. He is very happy with my work.

Yet can't find her way to mark the order as completed. Lol

You don't mark it as complete, the buyer does, or it will auto complete in 3 days if they do nothing.
