Yes there are. If you are talking about the buyer who asked you to pay a security deposit - that's against the TOS (all payment must be through Fiverr). I think all legit buyers on Fiverr will have bought without requiring a security deposit (it's the scammers who ask for that).

If you aren't getting enough orders you could check that your gig title, description and package descriptions are clear enough about what you will do and that your gig pricing is about right.

ALL legit companies offer work without paying a deposit. If a company requires payment to work, they are not a legit company.
