ID Verification

Today Fiverr ask me to verify my ID so did my verification through mobile. but when I opened Fiverr account in PC again asking verification when I clicked "Verify Now" button again  page but didn't working. Anyone explain me what is the reason for it?

We cannot do anything to help you verify your account. If you are facing challenges doing so, you will have to contact Customer Support for assistance.
