fonthaunt
There is no way for you to remove a negative feedback from a buyer without help from the buyer or Customer Support. Even if you contact CS, they will typically ask you to try very hard to work it out with the buyer. The buyer has about 3 days (I think) to change it. I would suggest contacting them and try offering a refund or seeing if there is still something else you can do to make the buyer happy. If they refuse every option including a refund you can ask CS if they will remove it. Usually they will check to see if the buyer was just exercising the regular right to state their opinion. If not, they might take it down.

emeraldawnn
You could also respond back to the negative feedback in a polite, professional manner. Negative feedback can actually help you, and how you respond to it even more so. After all, buyers can get wary of all positive feedbacks… even if it were rightly earned. And, it appears to me that the buyer was more about personal taste. Use that to your advantage. I suspect you won’t be harmed by it, especially if you respond in a professional manner.Good luck!
tgreen7163
Yeah, I’d say sending a professional message asap if the best route to resolution. Sometimes more work could be tedious but it’s worth it to avoid bad feedback. Worse case scenario, refund the order. 8-|
