Why is Fivlytics not working?

It's been a 2 weeks since I joined this platform. Doing some research about it made me understand the importance of Fivlytics but ever since I joined, the website is showing "We are experiencing technical difficulties in our data analytical system" and "Our algorithms fail to find information about the keyword. Please try searching other keyword"

 

Is there anything that I'm doing wrong or is the platform is facing problems? Please suggest me a way out...

Why are you asking on this forum? 
Fivlytics or whatever it is, is not an official fiverr extension and if fiverr would’ve wanted you to see those analytics it would’ve implemented it on their own fiverr site.

I've been having this same problem for 2 days now i really need to use it but anytime i type anything in it says Sorry our algorithms failed to find about the keyword please try searching another keyword 😭
