I am wondering if it's possible that I ask my buyers to favorite my gig. Hope it won't affect my gig?

Favorites are merely Fiverr's version of bookmarks, they do nothing for your gig, positive or negative. Asking for someone to bookmark your gig, after a Buyer has already ordered, is redundant and some might even consider it insulting.

Concerning reviews, however:
