Out source customers

I am new for FIverr and I received msg from client requesting my service but to be away from fiverr site, they gave me a number to contact and when I contacted him he siad that he hires ppl from Fiver for out source clients, his name is (Philip sithole), he sent me the job proposal and request for a deposit of security 40$ in case I didn't do the job on time, is this OK??

No it's not okay. They want you to send money and it's most likely a scam. That isn't how Fiverr works. Off-site payment to buyers/sellers isn't allowed (it's against the Fiverr TOS).

The TOS says:

You'll be lucky if you don't get a warning. 🤦‍♀️

If you had really read Fiverr's TOS, as you said you did when opening your account, you would know contacting outside of Fiverr is not allowed. 🙄

The person who messaged you is not a "client" but a scumbag scammer trying to hoodwink new/desperate sellers into PAYING HIM for the entirely fake opportunity of receiving an order.

As mentioned by others, you've already violated ToS by contacting the dung beetle off-platform, so the best course of action would be to cut off and block all communication with the scammer, learn at least the basics of how Fiverr operates, or end your endeavor now before you get yourself scammed or banned...
