Create an Offer Option

I was chatting with my client and came across the "Create an Offer" option, can anybody tell me what is it and what is the use of this option

It allows you to create a custom offer for your services. You set the kind of service (by selecting the reference gig), the description of the job, the price, the delivery date, the revisions, the extras... etc.
It is like creating a custom gig for that client and it will be used only one time. Your buyer can accept it directly in Inbox.
This option is used when we offer a personalized order for a client that has specific needs, different from your normal offer in the public gig. Or maybe when we want to offer a special price for that client, or to include an extra service.
