I see many people looking for advice on how to get started in the world of Fiverr. I can assure you, with my very humble experience, that before understanding things to sell, how to sell, how to position yourself better, how to beat the competition, before creating original graphic templates for sale, you need to realize that the most useful thing is KINDNESS.

Yes, there will still be some customers who will be brusque and rude, but kindness is the sharpest weapon to start.

Let's never forget that.

Have a nice day FIVERRLANCER !!

So true! If you're kind to a buyer, chances are they will recommend you to someone and that person might even hire you for a job. Be kind to a buyer, seller, or pretty much everyone!

Mostly agree. Customer service before all those? Yes. But alongside customer service must be the ability to do what you say you can do. I can speak from first-hand experience that it doesn't matter how nice or kind you are if you don't know what you're talking about. Especially when paired with enthusiasm.

Unintentional mess-makers can be disastrous for a project. They might be the nicest person you've ever met, but if they can't do the job, that leads to broken trust.

I'm perfectly agree. Sometimes it happens that the customer does not even know what he has bought by not providing the requisites to be able to do the job. It is precisely there that you have to keep calm and face the problem positively and without going into the personal, otherwise you distrust yourself and get sucked into the system.

I totally agree. As sellers we should be always be kind and try to understand the clients fully. We may experience different personalities. It’s our responsibility to understand the Clients. This is the customer care and where people love to work with us again .
