Fiverr account under review

I am working on fiverr in the niche of Digital marketing . 

Level 2 seller over 550 orders $22k on last one year , I faced one problem every time my gig about google ads for youtube promotion did well I got 3rd party TOS warning which doesn't make sense to me as my gigs are original buyers are happy.  This is the 3rd time it happened this year and My account is under review now from 3 or 4 days . 

I believe it some competitor who is playing cheap tricks as there are many active gigs providing similar services and they are doing just fine . I was expecting to be TRS this month. 

Any recommendations what should I do ?
