how to improve active status?

I was inactive for 2 months. i used to check buyer requests and forum sometimes. there are no clicks on any gig and very few impressions. i would like to stay active from now on. So, should i delete this account and open a new one? or continue the activities of this account?

The 'delete this account and create a new one' advice should come from the CS.

staying active/online does nothing except if someone sees you're online and wants you to do something urgent. 

I would advise you refresh your gigs by following new guidelines for thumbnails and revise your descriptions based on customers needs instead of focusing on SEO.
