Can I create multiple fiverr accounts legally?

I want to create one more fiver account for one of my family members and it is for a different purpose... to sell something different. How can I do that?

You need to contact Customer Support for permission first, otherwise both accounts will be disabled.

Legally, yes. It's not a crime to have multiple accounts. But it is in breach of Fiverr TOS and you will be banned - you just won't be arrested.

If multiple household members each want to have their own fiverr account, contact CS for permission as mentioned above.

However, if you yourself want multiple accounts to sell things in different categories - don't. Just make multiple gigs. You are allowed to have different gigs for completely different services.
