Where can I find the submitted requirements on the new Fiverr layout?

Had a customer place an order. Fiverr says they submitted their requirements. All I see is a non-clickable line that says "Requirements submitted" with a check mark next to it. Where do I find the actual requirements?

It should show up on the top navigation on the order page under "Requirements".

My page does not have requirements as an option, only Activity and Details.
