Hi Fiverr Forum, 

 

I am new here. I want to know how can we become top rated seller on fiverr. My all requirement will be completed for TRS on this 15 but I am curious about it.

TRS are hand picked by Fiverr. Hitting all the requirements means you are eligible to be picked, but it doesn't guarantee you will.
