2 Star review saying "good though" - can't access buyer requests anymore

Hello all, hope you're doing well.

My question is kind of already in the title - I've received a 2 star review from someone saying "good though". He never said anything negative when I showed him status updates and used not a single revision. All my other customers were really satisfied with my work but now this one review has dragged my average way down - I'm still kind of new.

The thing is now I cannot send any buyer requests anymore which was the only way I could get any orders. I don't want to create a new account and start all over again but I also don't want to wait and hope for some buyers coming in through my gig pages.

So - do you have any ideas or similar experiences that might help in this situation? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Looks like you might have to transition to external marketing.
