What happens, when the cancellation dispute is open and the delivery time is end?

Suppose the buyer doesn't accept the cancellation and the delivery time elapsed. The order will be marked late and will affect your stats. Also, if the 24 hours elapsed after the timer runs out, the buyer can forcibly cancel the order leaving a one-star rating on your account. So make sure to sort out your issues before the timer runs out.

If the buyer is not responding, contact customer support, and they will look into it.
