Can I contact my long term buyer if I haven’t heard from them In a while?

Hi OG fiverr folks!

 

This is what I want to know,

 

Is it okay for me to message my regular buyer if I haven’t heard from him in over a month? Is it against fiverr policy? I just want to take a heads up.

Yes it's against ToS. Please read that. Respect our members' privacy by not contacting them with offers, promotions, or anything that's not related with their orders or gigs.

I believe it's always better to follow up a conversation already going on. However, if he/she is a regular customer then I believe you can contact him/her but, in a polite manner.
